Our products are designed for fans who enjoy incorporating anime-inspired artwork and themes into their everyday style.

AnimeShirtWala is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with any anime studio, publisher, production company, character owner, trademark owner or other intellectual-property rights holder unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

If you are purchasing on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

Please carefully check your product selection, size, quantity and delivery address before completing your purchase.

7. Payments

AnimeShirtWala accepts online payment methods made available at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment service providers. Their own terms and policies may also apply to payment transactions.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across India and offer international shipping where available.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 5–8 business days.

Delivery is typically completed within approximately 10 days after dispatch, depending on the destination and shipping service.

These timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered and delivery location.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, local taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, public holidays, customs clearance, logistical disruptions or incorrect delivery information.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

All AnimeShirtWala purchases are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Incorrect fit or personal preference
Ordering the wrong product
Sale or discounted products

Orders cannot be cancelled after placement.

If you receive a product that is damaged or different from the product you ordered, please contact hello@animeshirtwala.com with your order details and relevant photographs.

Any such issue will be reviewed by AnimeShirtWala and handled at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property and Anime-Inspired Designs

AnimeShirtWala offers products featuring anime-inspired artwork, themes, characters and visual concepts.

We do not claim ownership of third-party anime characters, names, trademarks, logos, fictional universes or other intellectual property belonging to their respective owners.

Third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective rights holders.

Where artwork or other third-party material is used, its use is intended to be subject to the applicable rights, licences or permissions associated with that material.

The AnimeShirtWala brand, website content, original photographs, product descriptions, graphics, website design, logos and other original materials created by or for VIGYAPUNK may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without permission.
