No Returns or Exchanges

All purchases made through AnimeShirtWala are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Incorrect fit or preference

• Ordering the wrong product

• Sale or discounted purchases

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or a product different from what you ordered, please contact us at hello@animeshirtwala.com as soon as possible with your order details and relevant photographs.

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

AnimeShirtWala does not offer refunds or replacements for orders once they have been placed. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, sizing issues, fit preferences, or sale/discounted products.

Return Shipping

Where a return is specifically requested by AnimeShirtWala for resolution of an order issue, the customer is responsible for the applicable return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed by us.
